Cancellation Policy

We realize that things don’t always turn out as expected and emergencies do happen however we do require 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel your appointment. If you do not attend your appointment and have not given notice then 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

Treatment Vouchers

Treatment vouchers are available for either a specific treatment or a monetary amount. Gift vouchers are strictly valid for 6 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable. All terms and conditions are printed on the front of the gift voucher.

Courses

All courses at The Salon are non-refundable and must be used up within the stated time.

Patch Testing

A patch test must be carried out 24 hours before LVL eyelash straightening, eyelash tinting, eyebrow tinting and certain facial and body treatments.

Age Limits for Treatments

All treatments can only be performed on persons who are over the age of 16.
